Too often, when confronted with a weighty matter from a state medical board, physician health program, credentialing authority or peer review entity, physicians have a tendency to put these things off.

This is a major mistake. Not only does delaying it potentially complicate your situation, it's always sitting there, causing a great amount of worry.

The sooner you get an independent perspective from a fellow physician deeply knowledgeable of the territory and the risks involved, the more equipped you'll be to navigate the array of highly impactful decisions necessary to optimally approach your case.

  • Offers you the unique opportunity to learn about newly emerging legal, legislative and policy developments that could be of immense help in your challenge, considerations that many lawyers themselves aren't aware of.

Guidance on Setting Up

Your Curbside Consultation

Immediately after purchasing, you'll be directed to the intake and scheduling pages.

When registering on the Acuity / Squarespace scheduling page, you'll be asked if you want Acuity to store your name, phone # and email. It's MOST HELPFUL FOR US BOTH if you answer YES as that will allow Acuity to send you reminder notifications and links to your scheduled appointment so that you can readily change it if needed. Further, should you decide to enter the Case Overview Program, Acuity will have your stored email and saved information readily available to direct you to the available scheduling slots.

You'll be directed to a brief intake form. It'll be most helpful for you to fill that out with sufficient-enough high-level detail so that we can readily understand the big picture. There's no need to go into a detailed blow-by-blow narrative, nor to succumb to writing an op-ed. Be assured, we're well familiar with the myriad manifestations of unfairness and procedural shenanigans.

The intake questionnaire also encourages you to specify what particular questions you have - for THIS CURBSIDE SESSION - and how we can best be of help.

After you complete the intake, you'll be taken to the scheduling page. A variety of days and times have been reserved for these consultations. In the event that you do not see one that meets your needs, you should contact us to see about offering an alternative slot.

Presuming you let Acuity store your info, once you've selected a day and time (the calendar will give you time options in YOUR time zone that directly correspond to available times in CPR's time zone [EST-US]), you'll receive an email with a link to the Zoom (or alternate phone # call in) access. Please be sure to both save that email and also note that appointment in your calendar. You'll receive one or two reminders of your upcoming appointment, with the ability to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.

We also will receive the identical confirmation as well as a copy of your intake sheet. Please be certain that you correctly entered your preferred email and phone # as it's the only way we have to contact you should the need arise.

Be sure to have pen and paper ready to take notes during our call. It's highly recommended that you reserve at least 15 minutes after we finish the session to jot down your own notes and next steps while they're fresh in mind.

After the consultation, if we believe we can be of help, you'll be invited to register for our Comprehensive Case Overview Program. It's a time-limited coaching/consultation process which builds on the Curbside Consultation. You'll receive more information about that program after you've completed the Curbside.

We look forward to being of help!

Our goal is to help you move forward in your career, fully aware of your rights and of the potential dangers which can lead to immense harm and cost to those unaware.
